Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your first services to ensure proper time to check-in and change clothes. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Please note: We do require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, and 48 hours for packages. Any appointments cancelled over the time requirements or those who do not show will be charged 100% of the service fee.

The day before your appointment our automated system will call with the details of your appointment.
At the time of booking you will receive an email containing the details of your appointment. Not set up for email confirmations? Simply speak to a member of our reception staff-we would be glad to get you set up.
At the time of booking you will receive a text message containing the details of your appointment. Six days prior to your appointment you will receive another text message giving you the option to confirm or cancel your appointment. Forgot to reply? No worries! 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a secondary confirmation text message. (Only if you did not reply to the first message.) If you choose not to reply to either message, you will still receive a phone call the evening before your scheduled appointment. *If you request for your appointment to be canceled, please expect a phone call from one of our customer service specialists to assist in rescheduling your appointment.
If your contact information ever changes, please get in touch with Beautique as quickly as possible—we’ll update our database to ensure there’s no missed communication.

All opened skin care, makeup, hair tools, hair brushes/combs, and hair accessories are final sale. All other merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days from purchase date with receipt.
